Mad River Glen
Mad River Glen is one of the last unspoiled ski resorts in the Eastern US. It features 250 inches of annual snowfall, a 2037 ft vertical and 45 trails. It is America's only co-op owned major ski area. Mad River Glen first cranked up its now famous Single Chair on December 11, 1948. This American classic ski area is located an hour southeast of Burlington.
