Snowbasin Ski Resort
Snowbasin is best known for wide-open bowls, gladed runs, manicured groomers, powder stash days after a storm, and rarely a lift line. The resort is located 35 miles north of Salt Lake City. The closest apres ski town is Ogden, just 17 miles away. During the 2002 olympic games Snowbasin hosted the downhill, combined (downhill and slalom), and super-G events.
