Quebec Resorts

The province of Quebec is filled with ski resorts spread out over the Laurentian and Appalachian Mountains. The average season runs from late November through to April and sometimes into May. Mont Tremblant is a world destination resort located north of Montreal. The European designed base village is filled with restaurants, pubs, lodging and shopping. Close to Quebec City you'll find Mont Sainte Anne which offers some of the best skiing in Eastern Canada with panoramic views of the St. Lawrence River. Le Massif is close enough to spend a day skiing at St. Anne and then heading over the next day to ski Massif. It has the highest vertical drop in Eastern Canada. Mont Saint-Sauveur is known for it's world class night skiing. Driving through this area at night is a winter wonderland of twinkling lights from Sauveur, village storefronts and surrounding resorts. Quebec is also filled with Nordic trails. The Gatineau Hills near Ottawa, Ontario is world renowned for it's trail system.

Ottawa / Gatineaus

Mont Ste- Marie is located one hour north of Ottawa-Hull and boasts the highest vertical in the Gatineau area. 20 runs are spread over two peaks. Vanier Mountain offers beginner and intermediate terrain with long runs and spectacular views. The Liberation snowpark for beginner and expert is also located on this mountain. Cheval Blanc is geared more for the intermediate and expert cruising and steeps terrain. Mont Ste-Marie has the region's first skier cross complete with rollers and banked runs. Most of the skiable terrain is covered by snowmaking. A bar, boutique and restaurant can be found at the base.

Camp Fortune is the highest ski hill in the area just 15 minutes north of Ottawa/Hull, Quebec and lies within the Gatineau Park.
