Sugarbush

Sugarbush Resort is located in Warren, Vermont, southeast of Burlington. Sugarbush has 6 distinct peaks on two mountain areas that are separated by Slide Brook Basin. The majority of terrain is on the Lincoln Peak where trails lead down to Lincoln Peak Village with slopeside lodging, a general store and dining options. Castlerock Peak is the only peak on the resort that doesn't use snowmaking and is known for its steep, narrow winding New England style trails. The other peak, Mt. Ellen has one of the largest continuous vertical drops in Vermont. This peak offers panoramic views of both US and Canadian vistas. Sugarbush offers the only cat skiing in the East. This 12 person snow cat can be booked for a sunset groomer ride, catch first tracks or skiing Mt. Ellen. Ole's Cross Country Center is set up for classic and skate skiing over 45km of rolling trails and snowshoeing on designated terrain. Dogs are welcome at the Blueberry Lake Cross Country Center. Sugarbush offer lodging on and around the mountain and Mad River Valleys offer a variety of lodging options and a number of restaurants.
