Magic Mountain
Magic Mountain is an old-fashioned, no crowds winter ski destination located on Glebe Mountain in Londonderry, Vermont. It is best known for it's boundary-to-boundary skiing and riding featuring off-piste glades, trees and steep slopes. Magic Mountain allows uphill traffic via telemark, alpine touring and split board snowboards who, if they don't use the lift, have free access to the mountain. Hocus Pokus terrain park offers jumps and jibs for all abilities. Lifts tend to be slow but have the advantage of keeping the slopes free of crowds. Black Line Tavern located on the top floor of the base lodge offers a good local menu, music and drinks. To add to the fun at Magic Mountain take a slide down the tubing runs. A variety of lodgings can be found in the town of Londonderry.
