Currently 2 out of 6 ski resorts reporting ( 33%) are open for skiing and snowboarding. 30 ski resorts will be reopening. State wide 9% of lifts are open. 9% of trails in North Carolina are open. Cataloochee Ski Area has the most number of trails open at 22%. Sugar Mountain Ski Resort has 19% of trails open.
