Alaska's premier resort Alyeska is one of three resorts located within 45 minutes from downtown Anchorage and is often included in top ski destinations lists. Eaglecrest is located 12 miles from Juneau and just a short flight north of Seattle. Alaska heli-skiing is world renowned. Some companies also offer cat skiing.
